I’m really into the vast variety of products available. It’s great to have so many options. Back in the 90s, it was either DIY or starve! I also subscribe to the vegan lifestyle box every month, and it’s been fantastic. I’ve discovered items I wouldn’t usually pick up. I’ve been enjoying these for several years now, and they still manage to surprise me with what’s inside.

I made my first order and I gotta say, the price was fantastic! It showed up right on schedule, and you can bet I'll be shopping with them again.

I've shopped at Vegan Kind Supermarket about 4 or 5 times, and every time, their service has been top-notch and super friendly. DPD has consistently done a great job with the deliveries.

They've got a solid variety and some really cool items, so props for that. On the flip side, the partnership with Brewdog is a bit troubling, considering their awful history with employee treatment, recent shady export practices, and misleading promotions like the 'gold can' contest. This collab feels more like a cash grab with a company that doesn't play fair. I'm also bummed that they're all in on events like Black Friday, which just fuels overconsumption, totally contradicting the values many Vegans hold. So, while supporting an independent business sounds good, it might not be the right move here.

They no longer send items to Paris, which means all the points I racked up as a loyal shopper are useless now. My complaint about this was totally brushed off, showing they really don’t give a hoot. Plus, at the start of the year, I inquired about when international shipping would return, and they told me it would be soon. That was ten months back. What a joke.

I never thought I’d be posting another review today! But I’m thrilled to change my previous 1-star rating to a full 5 stars, or even 10, thanks to the fantastic after-sales service. The issue wasn’t with the company or their products; it was DPD’s terrible service that led to my order being stolen right out in the open on a busy street. They should’ve knocked on my neighbor’s door instead of just leaving the package in plain sight—what were they thinking? Thankfully, Vegankind stepped up and covered the stolen items, sending me a replacement birthday gift box without hesitation! I can’t express how grateful I am to everyone involved! It’s been a long day dealing with this mess! But seriously, DPD needs to own up to their lack of responsibility and train their drivers better! They deserve zero stars for this, maybe just one for showing up! 🤷‍♀️

I've placed orders with The Vegan supermarket multiple times and I've consistently been pleased with the delivery, packaging, and the products I've chosen. Their website offers a fantastic variety, which was super helpful during lockdown!

Had a great time checking out the variety of fruits and veggies. It's always a win to discover another vegan grocery store. The folks there are super nice, and the vibe is just lovely. Totally would suggest it to others.

I've only shopped here a handful of times, but I've never run into any problems. It's a solid spot for those tricky-to-find products that you just can't get at your usual grocery stores. The bummer is that the stuff I can find at supermarkets usually costs a lot more here, so I end up going elsewhere. Oh well, that's just how it goes.

Steer clear of this website!!! My order didn’t show up the next day like they said it would. You end up having to reach out multiple times about the order that never came!!! Finally, when they agree to look into it... only after you push with your credit info... they try to send it again and tell you that most of what you ordered is out of stock!! When you shoot them an email to question it, they just don’t seem to care! So, take my advice and go with a supplier that actually values their customers... because this one sure doesn’t!

I frequently place orders with The Vegan Kind. The quality of their items is excellent, and occasionally, they’re even more affordable than what I find at my local grocery store!!! I've never gotten any damaged jars, and the chilled items are always at the right temp. The staff genuinely looks out for their customers. I highly suggest them.

Great site and awesome service. I recently made my first purchase, and my order was sent out fast, arriving just a few days after. The items came in excellent shape since the packaging was solid. I'm super happy with the variety of products offered, making it way simpler to buy vegan items. I definitely recommend it, and I'll be ordering again soon :)

We've received several shipments from this company, and each one has arrived quickly with precisely what we requested. It's especially great how everything stays chilled thanks to the big ice packs. It's really wonderful to enjoy our favorite treats during these times!

I've placed orders multiple times with TheVeganKindSupermarket. Each experience has been top-notch, with speedy delivery and smooth transactions. There was just one occasion when an item was out of stock, but they handled the refund super quickly. A couple of times I reached out with questions, and they responded promptly in a friendly and professional way. We made a big purchase and found out that orders over £65 come with a free gift. I thought it would be something small, but we received a full-sized jar of vegan mayo! Plus, spending over £65 also got us free shipping, which is a steal since chilled items usually have a higher postage cost. Overall, it felt like we got a fantastic deal.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my initial order that showed up this morning. This goes for the selection of items, their quality, the service, and the delivery. I can’t find anything to criticize about this company and will definitely be placing another order down the line.
